This mini album of mine is coming together. Yes very very slowly indeed. I find that now a these days, speed is no longer on my side, and neither do i have the desire like in the past to just finish a project within days I have started. I find that i take more time to scrap now as compared to before. So much looking through my supplies, so much of deciding in my mind what each project would turn out in my mind (definitely a result of thinking too much). As much as i'm eager to see the completed project, i'm not wanting to just cut, snip and paste to quicken up this process. I take the time to look at the photos, the moments refreshed in my mind, and the right embellishments that go along with them. Gone are the days where creative juices just flows freely whenever I'm scrapping. I'm comfortable with where I am now in this hobby, and how much i enjoy that i have created memories for my family to keep for the many years to come. Here's a sneak at what's used for our mini get-away album at Sentosa....during Kay's school break, and I was just wondering why I never ever thought of making a mini of this get-away from the start since this is already the 2nd time we're at the same hotel, same activities, just adding Universal Studio Singapore this time round.
Using mostly Sassfrass "Sunshine Broadcast" papers and foldies - can you believe that i used up 2 sheets of the foldies for this project.....and mixed embellishment from Pink Paislee "Hometown Summer" which is great.

Next step are to finish this mini with the photos and I'm done.......Weekends round the corner, and the last weekend before Kay starts school again on Monday, so we're just going to be spending lots of weekend time just him and me.....
Enjoy your weekends!!
